The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Truck Drivers for U.S. Xpress - OTR based in Franklinton, North Carolina. As a CDL-A holder with 1-5 months of experience, you will have the chance to earn competitive pay ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 per mile (CPM) and up to $64 CPM for solo drivers depending on your experience level.

• Solo Drivers: Average 2,000 miles per week with a sign-on bonus of $4,000
• Team Drivers: Average 5,500 miles per week with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 split between partners

The top 20% of our OTR drivers earn up to $1,600 weekly, while teams can expect an average starting pay that contributes to the team's annual average of $260,000. Top-performing teams may even achieve earnings as high as $300,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver freight across the United States using dry van trailers
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all DOT regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Follow shipping instructions and communicate with dispatch as needed

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced CDL-A holders who have 1-5 months of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience. A clean driving record is essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage home time according to personal preferences.
