About This Position

This is an exciting opportunity for CDL-A drivers with 1-5 months of experience to join U.S. Xpress - OTR as a Company Driver. Solo Over the Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000 miles per week, while Top 20% of our OTR Drivers earn $1,650 weekly. The position offers 12 days out and 2 days home with no touch freight. Additionally, there is a new equipment fleet available for Team Drivers who qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive dry van trucks on Over the Road routes
• Average 52-56 miles per centimeter of pay (CPM) based on experience
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of freight
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch for route updates and customer inquiries

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• 1-5 months of OTR driving experience preferred but not required
• Prior experience in dry van operations is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle long-distance travel
• Good communication skills for interacting with dispatch and customers
