Position Summary

The Class A CDL Company Driver position at U.S. Xpress - OTR offers competitive pay and flexible home time options for experienced drivers. Solo over-the-road (OTR) drivers can expect to earn 54-60 cents per mile based on experience, with an average of 2,000 miles per week. Team drivers receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and split pay starting at $0.72 - $0.80 cents per mile, averaging 5,500 miles weekly. Top 20% of OTR drivers earn up to $1,565 weekly, while team drivers can look forward to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and an annual average salary of $260,000.

Core Duties

• Haul dry van cargo across the U.S. as an OTR driver
• Earn 54-60 cents per mile based on experience (solo drivers)
• Participate in a $10,000 sign-on bonus for team drivers (split with a partner)
• Average of 2,000 miles per week for solo drivers
• Average of 5,500 miles per week for team drivers
