About the Role

As a Traveling Retail Merchandiser, you’ll travel to assigned retail locations to ensure products are displayed correctly, shelves are stocked, and promotional materials are placed according to plan. This position supports the brand’s goal of delivering engaging shopping experiences while working independently with guidance from district leaders.

What You'll Do

• Visit multiple stores each week to reset aisles, endcaps, and promotional displays.
• Verify planogram compliance and make adjustments to improve product visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and remove out‑of‑date or damaged merchandise.
• Complete detailed reports and photos to communicate store conditions to the merchandising team.
• Collaborate with store staff to address any display issues and gather feedback on product placement.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow visual directives accurately.
• Good communication skills for interacting with store associates and reporting findings.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
