The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Travel Sterile Processing Tech to join our team in New Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time position with an exciting opportunity for growth and development within the healthcare industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Performing sterile processing tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, packaging, sterilizing, and distributing medical devices and equipment in accordance with established protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance with standards
• Operating sterilization equipment and following proper procedures for handling contaminated items
• Documenting all activities accurately and maintaining records as required by regulatory bodies
• Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sterile Processing Tech role
• BLS certification required; CR… certification preferred but not mandatory
• A strong understanding of sterilization techniques and procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
