Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient status
- Administer medications and treatments while documenting care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to coordinate effective patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Ohio
- Demonstrated experience in a Med/Surg and/or Telemetry specialty
- Availability to begin as soon as possible and commit to the full 13-week assignment
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts within a 36-hour weekly schedule
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills suited to fast-paced units
