About the Role

This is a full-time travel assignment offering a dedicated stretch of work at a single facility in Hamlin. You'll work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, 8 hours per day, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining a predictable work-life balance during your contract period.

What You'll Do

• Implement and progress therapeutic exercises and treatment plans under direct Physical Therapist supervision
• Assist patients with range-of-motion work, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation activities
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in clinical records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises, injury prevention, and mobility techniques
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment and assist with equipment setup and maintenance
• Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, quality patient care

What We're Looking For

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensure in the state of Texas
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical fundamentals and ability to work effectively under PT supervision
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional engagement
• Willingness to travel and work as part of a staffing assignment
• Excellent communication skills with patients, team members, and supervisors
