The Opportunity

Join Aya Healthcare's network as a traveling Physical Therapist in Lynn, Massachusetts. This 13-week contract features a daytime schedule with five 8-hour shifts each week. You'll deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse patient populations in a dynamic healthcare environment, building valuable experience across different clinical settings while earning competitive travel rates. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, assessing mobility, strength, functional capacity, and rehabilitation potential
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modality-based techniques
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and track patient progress per facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate treatment
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to all applicable healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Valid Social Security Number and ability to pass background screening
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication abilities
