About the Role
Aya Healthcare is currently filling an immediate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) opening in Cypress, TX, located in Harris County. This is a full-time, day-shift contract running five 8-hour shifts per week over a 13-week duration. As a traveling PT, you will deliver hands-on rehabilitative care, helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and recover function while experiencing a new community and clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to restore movement, strength, and independence
- Track patient progress and adjust care strategies as recovery goals evolve
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility standards
Qualifications
- Active, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license eligible for practice in Texas
- Availability for a 13-week, full-time day assignment (5 x 8-hour shifts)
- Ability to begin on or around the July 20, 2026 start date
