RN - Cardiology Travel Position at NuWest Travel Nursing in Newburgh Heights, Ohio
About This Position
NuWest Travel Nursing is currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical/Surgical nursing to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers a full-time commitment of 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts during the day.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert care and support for patients with various medical conditions requiring surgical interventions or ongoing medical treatment.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by the physician.
- Assess patient needs, document observations, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Who We're Looking For
- A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience in Medical/Surgical units.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize patient needs.
