Kids Soccer Coach

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an enthusiastic Soccer Coach to deliver dynamic, age-appropriate instruction to children in Norwalk, California. If you're excited about helping young learners build athletic confidence and fundamental movement skills, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll guide toddlers through preteens in structured soccer programs that emphasize motor development, spatial awareness, and social growth. Our classes combine athletic fundamentals with music and movement to create engaging learning experiences that spark a lifelong love of the game.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver age-appropriate soccer instruction for mixed-age groups
• Foster confidence and teamwork among young learners through interactive drills and play-based activities
• Incorporate music, rhythm-based movement exercises, and creative conditioning into training sessions
• Develop players' coordination, balance, and body awareness tailored to their developmental stage
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and inclusive coaching environment for all skill levels
• Monitor participant progress and adapt activities to meet individual learning needs

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their athletic development
• Demonstrated experience in youth sports coaching, teaching, or direct work with early learners
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts in kid-friendly, relatable language
• Patience, enthusiasm, and proven ability to manage diverse groups with varying skill levels
• Part-time availability and flexibility to support youth soccer programming
• Current certification or willingness to obtain youth coach or youth safety certification
