Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT)- Child or Adult

LifeStance Health seeks a licensed therapist to join our Framingham, Massachusetts practice. This part-time position offers you the opportunity to deliver compassionate mental health services to individuals and families while growing your career with a leading behavioral health provider.

About the Role

As a therapist with LifeStance Health in Framingham, you'll provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health treatment in a collaborative, supportive environment. We're building a practice where mental healthcare is accessible, affordable, and person-centered — and we need skilled clinicians to help us get there.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions for children and/or adults, depending on your specialty
• Partner with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and case notes
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches based on outcomes
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and resilience

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated experience in individual therapy and clinical assessment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally competent practice
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
