- Decompose complex technical initiatives into staged milestones and trackable workstreams
- Collaborate with leadership on roadmap prioritization and resource trade-offs
- Conduct post-launch reviews and systematize insights to improve future delivery
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical project management experience at B2B, SaaS, or platform-driven companies
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex technical programs reliably and on schedule
- Solid understanding of software development practices, agile methodologies, and system architecture
- Strong communicator who translates between technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Resourceful problem-solver who finds clarity in ambiguous situations and drives decisions forward
- Energized by startup environments where scope evolves and adaptability is essential
