Drive with a team that rewards the miles you put in. Jones Holdings Group is hiring TEAMS OTR Truck Drivers based out of Altoona, Pennsylvania, for full-time contract over-the-road runs, and we welcome qualified drivers with no SAP program participation in the past five years.

About the Role

This is a 1099 contract team driving position running Dry Van freight on long-haul, over-the-road lanes. As a TEAMS OTR Truck Driver, you and your driving partner will keep loads moving across the country while earning competitive team settlements, with mileage-based incentives that grow the harder your team runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Dry Van equipment safely on OTR routes as part of a two-person driving team
• Coordinate with your co-driver to maximize on-time deliveries and weekly mileage
• Complete trips reliably, including extended runs that qualify for additional incentive pay
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT and federal motor carrier regulations
• Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections to keep your truck road-ready

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) with verifiable OTR experience
• No participation in a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program within the last five years
• Willingness to run as part of a team on extended over-the-road schedules
• Ability to work under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe, compliant operation
