The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join a busy and friendly specialist medical clinic based in Greenlane. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hospital or medical practice administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing exceptional support to both patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient registration, and appointment booking
• Process insurance claims and manage billing procedures
• Support the smooth operation of the clinic by maintaining accurate records and managing inventory
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospital or medical practice administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
