What You'll Do

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that build foundational literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills
• Create a joyful, inclusive classroom environment where all kindergarteners feel safe and inspired to explore
• Use formative assessments to track student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Foster social-emotional development through collaborative activities, discussion, and positive classroom culture
• Partner with parents through regular communication about student growth and learning milestones
• Implement evidence-based teaching practices aligned with Success Academy's pedagogical framework

What We're Looking For

• Valid New Jersey teaching certification or eligibility to obtain it
• Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and student-centered teaching
• Ability to manage a classroom with warmth, clarity, and consistent expectations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and data-informed instructional practice
