As our Tank Welder – Subject Matter Expert, you'll be the go-to resource for tank welding best practices, technical problem-solving, and process excellence. You'll balance hands-on welding work with mentoring responsibilities, helping ensure that every tank that leaves our shop meets the highest standards for quality, durability, and safety.
What You'll Do
- Lead tank welding activities, applying advanced techniques and proven methods to varied tank fabrication projects
- Mentor and train welders on tank welding procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot technical challenges in welding processes and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant welding codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output
- Maintain detailed records of welding processes, inspections, and quality control measures
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support production schedules and customer requirements
What We're Looking For
