The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and be ready to contribute to our mission of delivering bespoke software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage top talent for various roles within the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking events and online platforms
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability for positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts and assist in the onboarding of new hires

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
