About the Role

As a Talent Manager on our Finance & Accounting team, you'll be the strategic bridge between our clients' hiring needs and the skilled professionals in our network. Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll drive business development by cultivating relationships with accounting firms, CFOs, controllers, and financial departments across Akron and Canton. Your day-to-day will blend direct client communication with candidate management, all aimed at delivering exceptional placements that benefit both sides.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and financial decision-makers through phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings
  • Identify client staffing needs and recommend qualified accounting and finance candidates from our talent pool

  • Market Robert Half's staffing services and capabilities to new prospects and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Develop business opportunities within the finance and accounting sector in the Akron-Canton area
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and individual placement goals
