This role bridges hiring needs with long-term workforce planning, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with hiring managers and talent stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Partner with organizational leaders to understand current and future talent needs
• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes for assigned positions and business units
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
• Build and nurture employer brand to attract top talent
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness
• Develop workforce planning strategies to address long-term talent requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment business partnering
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop and execute multi-faceted recruitment strategies
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and market trends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
