About the Role

As Supervisor, Vendor Management Escrow, you will report to the Manager of Strategy and Process Improvement within the National Operations Center. Your core mission is to cultivate and sustain productive working relationships between National Operations and the vendors and partners that keep escrow processes moving smoothly. This is a full-time, in-office position located at New York, New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison connecting National Operations with its vendor and partner network.
• Negotiate vendor agreements and contract terms that protect and advance the company's interests.
• Define and uphold performance standards and expectations for participating vendors.
• Research, evaluate, and select the strongest available vendors to support escrow operations.
• Support strategy and process improvement initiatives that strengthen day-to-day operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, supplier relations, or partner oversight.
• Strong contract negotiation skills with an eye for value and accountability.
• Familiarity with escrow or real estate operations is highly relevant.
• Ability to set, communicate, and enforce vendor standards consistently.
• Collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-moving operations environment.
