About the Role

As a part-time Stylist at Evereve in Palo Alto, you'll be the friendly face behind a personal, one-on-one styling experience. Working on the sales floor and in the fitting room, you'll pair genuine advice with carefully curated, on-trend pieces to help every customer move forward in her style. This is a customer-facing retail role ideal for someone who loves fashion, people, and creating memorable in-store moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build authentic relationships that turn first visits into loyal, returning shoppers.
• Offer warm, honest styling guidance and put together complete, head-to-toe outfits tailored to each woman.
• Stay current on seasonal trends and the modern, curated assortment drawn from more than 150 brands, including Evereve's own best-selling label.
• Meet individual and store sales goals through attentive, personalized service.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, restocking, fitting room upkeep, and a clean, inviting sales floor.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, styling, and helping people feel their best.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfort working toward sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Flexibility to work a part-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous retail, styling, or customer service experience is a plus, though a passion for the work matters most.
