Part-Time OT for ESY

About the Role

As a Part-Time OT for ESY, you'll provide direct occupational therapy services during our extended summer program. CBS Therapy partners with local schools to support students' functional development, independence, and academic readiness. You'll work within a framework that prioritizes student-centered care while respecting therapist autonomy and professional judgment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to each student's IEP or 504 plan goals
• Assess student functional abilities and sensorimotor skills across academic and daily living domains
• Collaborate with special education teachers, school staff, and related service providers to support student progress
• Document sessions, track student outcomes, and communicate progress to families and school teams
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet individual learning styles and developmental needs
• Contribute ideas and clinical insights in a culture that values therapist expertise and input

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts OT license (or equivalent)
• Experience or comfort working with school-age children and students with diverse disabilities
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
• Professional, detail-oriented approach to documentation and IEP adherence
