Student Outcomes & Outreach Data Technician, Part-time, Temporary, 25 hours/week

Guilford Technical Community College Portal is seeking a part-time, temporary data technician to work 25 hours per week in Jamestown, Guilford County. You'll support critical tracking of student career outcomes and assist in documenting the real-world success of our graduates through the Steps4Growth grant program.

About the Role

This position manages student outcomes data collection and follow-up activities essential to the Steps4Growth initiative. You'll be the point of contact for gathering post-program employment information and preparing reporting that captures how our students advance into their careers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct systematic outreach to program graduates to collect employment outcomes and career progression information
• Document post-completion employment status and relevant career milestones
• Compile and submit outcomes data for grant reporting and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate, organized records in databases and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with program coordinators and instructors to ensure data completeness and integrity
• Support related project activities and initiatives tied to grant-funded programs
