About the Role
You'll lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of commercial strategy and innovation for Norstella's RWD (Real-World Data) division. This position requires someone who can translate clinical and commercial insights into actionable strategies that drive enterprise value for pharmaceutical and biotech partners, while advancing our mission to improve patient outcomes through data-driven solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for RWD and AI solutions targeting pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
- Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning within the life sciences data and innovation space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, data science, clinical, and sales—to align strategy with execution
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
- Create compelling business cases and go-to-market strategies for new data and AI initiatives
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic direction
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial strategy
- Proven expertise in real-world data, real-world evidence, or health data analytics
- Strong track record developing successful market strategies and launching new solutions
- Strategic thinking combined with ability to drive results across complex organizations
- Understanding of how AI and data innovation create value in healthcare and life sciences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
