About the Role

As Regional Merchandising Manager covering OH, PA, and WV, you will partner closely with District Managers and Regional Directors to sharpen how Save A Lot's corporate stores operate their perimeter departments. The position centers on meat, produce, and overall perimeter merchandising, with a clear mandate to lift execution standards, grow top-line sales, and strengthen department profitability through hands-on collaboration with the retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion strong day-to-day execution of perimeter operations — including meat, produce, and perimeter merchandising — across corporate stores.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Regional Directors to identify and close gaps in store-level execution.
• Work alongside the retail operations team to grow meat and produce sales while improving department profitability.
• Support merchandising consistency and standards throughout the Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in grocery or retail merchandising, with a focus on fresh perimeter categories such as meat and produce.
• Ability to coach and influence field leaders, including District Managers and Regional Directors.
• A track record of improving in-store execution and driving measurable sales and profit results.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site across stores in the OH, PA, and WV region.
