About the Role
Manages the operation of a Walgreen store. Improves store sales, profitability and image through proper merchandising, protection of store assets, the selection, training and development of team members, and modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer and patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze customer service performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Select, train, and develop team members to ensure high levels of performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Ensure the safety and security of all store assets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (if applicable)
