About This Position
The Store Floor Lead at Sur La Table plays a pivotal role in driving sales and operational excellence. As the Manager on Duty (MOD), you will oversee daily store operations, provide coaching to team members, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversee daily store operations.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement. Communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager/Store Manager.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
- Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire customers.
