Role Overview

As a Stitcher Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to stitch materials together, ensuring quality control throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stitching machines to join fabrics or components
• Inspect products for defects and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Follow detailed instructions and work orders accurately
• Participate in quality control checks during the production process
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Basic sewing skills are beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided
• Precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn new techniques and processes

Build Something… at TSG - The Sheridan Group! Eligible for a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks of employment. We offer full-time positions with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, providing 40 hours per week. Overtime opportunities are available and pay time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Additionally, second shift employees receive an extra 8% shift incentive on their earnings.
