Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, espresso drinks, teas, and other Starbucks menu items with precision and consistency
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment while maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation standards
• Take customer orders, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale system efficiently
• Engage with customers in a friendly, personalized manner and address questions about menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock supplies as needed
• Follow Starbucks recipes, standards, and quality guidelines on every beverage
• Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Who We're Looking For

• Experience working in a coffee shop, café, or food-service environment (or demonstrated passion for learning barista skills)
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to stay patient and friendly during busy periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in preparing beverages
• Ability to multitask, work as part of a team, and take direction well
• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work scheduled shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a clean, welcoming environment
