Sr. Manager, T-Line South – Location Flexible

PG&E Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager, T-Line South (Location Flexible) to lead transmission line engineering and operations across its Northern and Central California service territory, with the role based out of Napa, Napa County.

About the Role

As the Sr. Manager, T-Line South at PG&E Corporation, you will provide senior leadership for the planning, maintenance, construction, and program management of high-voltage transmission line assets. This location-flexible position is anchored in Napa, Napa County, with work spanning numerous communities throughout the company's broad California footprint. Reporting within the Electric Engineering business unit, you will guide cross-functional teams that keep the electric grid safe, reliable, and resilient.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct engineering, maintenance, and construction activities for the transmission line (T-Line) portfolio across the southern region.
• Oversee project and program management efforts, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and safety outcomes.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of engineers, technical staff, and field personnel.
• Partner with operations, science, and program teams to advance grid reliability and infrastructure improvements.
• Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in every initiative.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior management experience in electric transmission engineering, maintenance, or construction operations.
• Strong background in project and program management within a utility or large infrastructure environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex technical programs.
• Solid grounding in engineering or applied science relevant to transmission line systems.
• Willingness to support work across multiple California locations from a Napa, Napa County base.
