Sr. Marketing Manager, Product-Led Growth, Legal & Insurance

Join Datavant as a Senior Marketing Manager focused on Product-Led Growth, where you'll lead go-to-market strategies for our Legal & Insurance vertical in Cammack Village. This is a full-time opportunity to shape how leading healthcare organizations discover, adopt, and expand their use of our data collaboration platform.

About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager of Product-Led Growth for our Legal & Insurance division, you'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy that drives awareness and customer adoption of Datavant's solutions. You'll develop programs and campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline, reduce friction in the buying journey, and enable customers to self-discover the value of our platform through direct product engagement and content-driven initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated product-led growth campaigns targeting legal and insurance organizations within the healthcare ecosystem
• Create content strategy and marketing collateral that demonstrates how Datavant's platform solves key pain points for providers, health plans, insurers, and other healthcare stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer adoption journey
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels, including demand generation, email nurture, and thought leadership initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to refine strategy and improve marketing ROI
• Support business development for the Legal & Insurance segment by enabling sales with messaging, case studies, and competitive intelligence

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on product-led growth strategies
• Proven track record managing go-to-market initiatives for B2B SaaS, data platforms, or healthcare technology solutions
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, compliance requirements, and the buying processes of health plans, healthcare providers, and life sciences companies
• Experience marketing in or to the legal and insurance sectors is a plus
• Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to design experiments, measure results, and iterate rapidly
• Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution capability
