As a Senior Investment Associate at Northern Trust, you'll play a crucial role in delivering investment expertise and asset servicing excellence to our clients. What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth investment research and analysis to support portfolio decisions and client reporting
• Prepare financial models and performance reports for internal stakeholders and client review
• Assist in due diligence activities for new investments and strategic partnerships
• Support asset servicing operations, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing and documentation
• Collaborate with senior investment and operations teams to enhance portfolio strategies
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on investment performance and risk metrics
• Contribute to client relationship management through clear communication and timely insights

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in investment management, financial analysis, or asset servicing
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of investment products, markets, and valuation methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
