Senior Demand Generation Manager, Data Cloud

Workday is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager for Data Cloud to drive market awareness and revenue growth across two locations. This full-time leadership role oversees the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns that connect enterprise prospects with our Data Cloud solutions.

Role Overview

In this position, you'll lead our demand generation strategy, translating market opportunity into measurable customer acquisition and pipeline growth. You'll work cross-functionally across sales, product, and marketing to align campaigns with business objectives and drive customer success. As senior leader in demand generation, you'll shape how enterprises discover and engage with our Data Cloud offerings in a competitive landscape.

Core Duties

• Create and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting key personas and industries within the data cloud market
• Establish pipeline targets with sales leadership and measure campaign impact against revenue goals
• Oversee marketing technology platforms and campaign execution, optimizing channels for lead quality and conversion
• Analyze campaign metrics and performance data, translating insights into strategy refinements and optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with data cloud buyer needs
• Manage demand generation budgets and allocate resources across programs, channels, and initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or similar B2B marketing roles
• Demonstrated success managing marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and buyer decision processes
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage complex projects
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
• Strategic vision combined with strong execution and leadership capabilities
