Core Duties Create and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting key personas and industries within the data cloud market Establish pipeline targets with sales leadership and measure campaign impact against revenue goals Oversee marketing technology platforms and campaign execution, optimizing channels for lead quality and conversion Analyze campaign metrics and performance data, translating insights into strategy refinements and optimization recommendations Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with data cloud buyer needs Manage demand generation budgets and allocate resources across programs, channels, and initiatives Requirements 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or similar B2B marketing roles Demonstrated success managing marketing technology platforms and analytics tools Deep understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and buyer decision processes Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage complex projects Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance Strategic vision combined with strong execution and leadership capabilities About Workday Workday is a leading enterprise cloud provider delivering finance, HR, and planning software to organizations worldwide.
