This part-time position offers 15 to 20 hours of work weekly, with flexible scheduling around campus club activities. You'll be based on campus, supporting student-led athletic and recreational clubs in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
About the Role
As Sport Clubs Supervisor, you'll serve as a mentor and resource for student-led athletic and recreational clubs. This position sits at the heart of our vibrant campus community, supporting the growth, success, and equitable experiences of all students involved in club sports.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate activities for student sports and recreational clubs on campus
- Support club leadership with planning, budgeting, and event logistics
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all student participants
- Work flexibly as operational needs arise—evenings, weekends, and during peak club seasons
- Mentor student leaders in developing their clubs and achieving their goals
- Collaborate with campus staff and student boards to maintain facilities and equipment
