About This Position

The Slot Attendant/Host is responsible for ensuring that slot playing customers are kept engaged and satisfied by providing fast and friendly service. This includes maintaining well-maintained machines, offering efficient change services, and promoting customer programs such as Club 74 and slot tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively patrol assigned sections to identify opportunities for enhancing the player experience.
• Maintain a clean and functional gaming environment by regularly checking machines for malfunctions or issues.
• Provide efficient change service, ensuring players have adequate funds to continue playing.
• Promote customer programs such as Club 74 and slot tournaments to increase player engagement.
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not required.
