About the Role
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Customer Experience (CX) engineering team. This role will be based in RTP and is part of a hybrid work environment. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions to support high availability and scalability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues before they impact service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
