About This Position

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced Senior RF Reliability Engineer for its Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) office. The role focuses on reliability development and qualification across CMOS on SOI and SiGe BiCMOS processes, with a strong emphasis on device physics and test methodologies.

<h2-Core Duties

• Drive reliability objectives in collaboration with integration, device, and design teams.
• Develop and validate SOA models for RF technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive reliability testing and analysis to ensure high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address reliability challenges and improve product performance.

<h2-What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in RF reliability engineering, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong background in device physics, particularly as it relates to CMOS on SOI and SiGe BiCMOS processes.
• Expertise in developing and implementing test methodologies for RF devices.
• Proven track record of leading reliability development and qualification projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
