About the Role

As a showroom consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, contractors, and designers looking for window and door solutions. You will guide visitors through product options, help them match style and performance needs, and turn inquiries into satisfied orders.

What You'll Do

• Welcome showroom guests and assess their project requirements
• Recommend appropriate window and door products based on design, energy efficiency, and budget
• Prepare accurate quotes and present them clearly to customers
• Maintain an organized, inviting showroom display
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales
• Stay current on manufacturer updates, industry trends, and building codes
• Collaborate with the installation and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and participate in team training sessions

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a retail or consultative sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them for non‑technical buyers
• Basic math proficiency for quoting and order processing
• Self‑motivated attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with building materials is a plus, but not required
