Starbucks is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Store 05619 (El Camino & Railroad location) in Holy, Santa Clara County. In this full-time role, you'll lead your team, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming experience that defines the Starbucks brand in your community.

About the Role

As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee store operations during your shift and set the standard for your team's performance. Your leadership directly impacts both the customer experience and your baristas' development. This is a hands-on management position where you'll balance supervision, quality control, and the genuine connection our customers expect.

What You'll Do

• Supervise baristas and shift team members, providing real-time coaching and feedback
• Open and close the store, including cash handling, equipment setup, and security procedures
• Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and ensure food safety compliance
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and authority to resolve issues
• Train team members on espresso preparation, customer service standards, and store operations
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers
• Track performance metrics and support achievement of store sales and quality goals
