The Opportunity

In this full-time Shift Lead position at Walgreens in Chisolm, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of store management. This role involves performing all required systems start-ups, handling cash transactions, ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business, and completing product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and providing change as requested to cash registers.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management

• Handle cash transactions including cash drops to the safe and providing change as requested to cash registers
• Ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds
• Open back door of store for deliveries

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
• Able to handle cash transactions securely and responsibly
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred
