EY is seeking a full-time Senior Manager — ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management Transformation to join its Technology Consulting practice, with this position listed in Secaucus and open to candidates across the United States.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity within EY's Technology Consulting group, focused on helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform to modernize their service delivery operations. You will drive large-scale ESM transformation engagements — from strategy through implementation — while building trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite and VP level.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ESM transformation programs, guiding clients from current-state assessment through platform design, deployment, and adoption
  • Architect solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams, setting quality standards and ensuring on-time, on-budget project execution
  • Serve as the primary executive liaison for enterprise accounts, translating complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, client workshops, and go-to-market positioning for EY's ServiceNow practice
  • Mentor and develop a team of consultants and senior consultants, strengthening EY's internal ServiceNow talent pipeline
  • Stay current on ServiceNow product releases, Now Platform capabilities, and ESM industry trends to sharpen EY's advisory perspective

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow implementations or ESM transformation programs in a management consulting or technology services environment
  • Deep functional knowledge of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow workflows
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential; additional certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-CSM are a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholder relationships and navigate complex organizational change
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience contributing to revenue growth through account expansion and new business pursuits
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant discipline is a plus
