About This Position

The Service Performance & Improvement Lead role is a full-time position within the Head of Service Delivery team. This opportunity covers parental leave and involves embedding quality standards and continuous improvement across all operational activities at Intellihub. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and business partners to analyze performance, enhance capabilities, and ensure processes are effective.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current service delivery processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance metrics and meet organizational goals
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Lead the development of training programs to improve team capabilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service delivery, process improvement, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
