We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) as a Shift Manager. The GSOC Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the GSOC and for receiving, assessing, escalating, and/or responding to all events involving MS personnel (including vendors and contracto… This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations within the GSOC
• Receive, assess, escalate, and/or respond to events involving MS personnel (including vendors and contractors)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance performance and productivity

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the security industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with security operations management systems and protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
