The Opportunity
Join EssilorLuxottica Group's service team in Tucson as a Service Coordinator – Service & Parts professional. You'll be at the center of our commitment to optical excellence, coordinating service activities and parts inventory to keep eye care practices running smoothly. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards our optometrists and opticians expect from us across Pima County and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service appointments and logistics for optical equipment and products
- Manage parts inventory, ordering, and fulfillment to support field operations
- Communicate with service technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Track service requests, document work completed, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of service calls
- Support customer inquiries related to service and parts availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Willingness to learn about optical equipment and industry practices
