Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments and logistics for optical equipment and products
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, and fulfillment to support field operations
• Communicate with service technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Track service requests, document work completed, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of service calls
• Support customer inquiries related to service and parts availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Willingness to learn about optical equipment and industry practices
