You will also provide technical guidance to junior underwriters and contribute to the continued success of the business.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Lines underwriting
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• A proven track record of providing technical guidance and support to junior underwriters
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers
