Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with service management tools and methodologies
