Position Summary
As a Senior QA Engineer at Moneyboxapp, you'll bring your testing expertise and technical leadership to an organisation committed to democratising wealth management. You'll work alongside talented software engineers and product specialists in an energetic, innovation-focused environment where your work directly impacts millions of savers, investors, and first-time buyers across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for new features and product enhancements across our platform
- Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure consistent quality and rapid feedback cycles
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to identify quality risks and define acceptance criteria
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and mentor junior team members in best practices
- Investigate and document bugs, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
- Champion a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality financial or consumer-facing products
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing approaches
- Technical proficiency with test automation frameworks and scripting
- Experience working in Agile or similar collaborative development environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving
