Batska Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Barry Square, Hartford County. This is a full-time opportunity to lead complex building systems projects across healthcare, higher education, and public sector clients.
About the Role
As Senior Project Manager at Batska Consulting, you'll oversee design and construction projects in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm systems. You'll drive projects from concept through commissioning, working with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver solutions that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across MEP and fire protection disciplines
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and building officials throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee commissioning activities and verify systems meet performance specifications
- Lead client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
- Conduct site inspections and document progress against project milestones
- Resolve design conflicts and address construction challenges
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, MEP consulting, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems
- Strong understanding of building codes, design standards, and construction best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Project management certification or equivalent professional experience
